Information you choose to provide
The contact form requests your name, email, message, and optional phone number, service address, and ZIP code. Submissions are sent through FormSubmit to contact@gridstability.co to respond to your request. Do not include passwords, financial account numbers, or medical records.
External providers
Contact submissions are processed under FormSubmit’s terms and privacy practices. Energy-data authorization takes place through UtilityAPI under its displayed consent terms. Outage and map features make requests to the public ArcGIS service, CARTO and OpenStreetMap map services, the map library CDN, and Google’s public jurisdiction directory; these providers receive normal network request information such as your IP address.
Appointment booking takes place through LeadConnector under the booking service’s terms. Google Project Sunroof and other external resources are governed by their own privacy policies.
Home energy designer
The solar designer calculates preliminary estimates in your browser. Your address and usage are not automatically submitted. Downloading a design saves a file to your device; copying it places it on your clipboard. If you paste it into the booking form, you choose to share it with Grid Stability through LeadConnector. The booking calendar loads when you continue to scheduling and processes the appointment details you provide under its own terms.
Local calculations & checklists
Program explorer answers, calculator inputs, directory filters, and checklist selections are handled in the current browser page and are not submitted by those tools. Contact submissions and utility-data authorization are separate actions.
Local storage & analytics
This version does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or persistent browser storage. Hosting and external services may maintain their own operational logs or use cookies under their policies.
Sharing commitments
Grid Stability’s published privacy commitments state that personal information is not sold, traded, or rented. Information may be shared with your consent, as required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting the contact form or authorizing energy data. Contact contact@gridstability.co for questions about information you have provided or requests to access, correct, or delete it. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Available rights depend on the information and service involved. You can also use the data choices page.
